RETURN POLICY

Outer Brim orders are custom orders and are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect, damage, or an error made by Outer Brim that was not previously approved by the customer. If your custom product has a defect or doesn't match the approved design, please confirm within 7 business days upon receipt of the custom order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
